We want to import article out of our Service Desk Tool automatically into a Confluence Space. So everybody is able to search for a solution befor contacting the service desk.
Any ideas, how to do that?

No, our Service Desk Tool is not JIRA. How could we import maybe ?XML-Sites? automatically in a Confluence Space?
