Hi,
I am currently recieveing an error whenever I try to connect JIRA and Confluence. They are both running on same server but separate Tomcat instances. In addition, they are both running over SSL.
Everytime I try to make a Application link between the two I get the following message: " The host doesn't respond. Change the URL or click Next to confirm. " However, of course both are running. Any ideas on how to solve this issue?
Cheers,
Graham
Can you access from the server to the two apps using the https URL? maybe it's a DNS issue
I have the same problem. Did you find the fix?

are you using Apache as proxy for tomcat? If so, where does the SSL terminate? on Apache?

Are you using the https url? If so, what is the error in logs? You might have to import the public certificate in to the Java keystore.

Yes, I am using the HTTPS url. I assumed it may be a better idea to use the non HTTPS urls for the Application link but it tells me it can't even access via that url even though I can navigate to them.
