This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Connecting to an Internal Directory with LDAP Authentication

Can this be done with the atlassian hosted cloud version or only the server version?

Hi John,

As Phill says, that functionality is only available for Confluence Server. You can find the info for Cloud user management, here.

To use LDAP directories you need the server version.

More specifically, the option to have it create a confluence user on first login and it is ldap for authentication?
