Can we advertise other plugins from our plugin?

We have a footer at the bottom of our Confluence and JIRA plugins where we advertise our own products. Does the marketplace T&Cs allow us to charge money to other plugin vendors to appear in this space?

I believe this question would be better directed to the marketplace group. If you already have a paid plugin you should have an account at the plugin developer google group.
