Confluence - JIRA Macro Export to PDF Not Displaying Zephyr/Test Issue Icon

Hello,

I use the JIRA macro to build issue report tables in Confluence. When I export to PDF the 'Test' issue type (Zephyr) icon is missing.

Confluence - 5.5.2

Zephyr for JIRA - 2.5.1.25101747

Everything has been indexed.

The icon helps identify the type of issue that is being displayed on the report. Any help to get it restored on export?

Could you please provide the screenshot of the issue you are facing so that we can reproduce the same issue in house.
