We are using JIRA macro to display total. While the edit view shows accurate results, confluence final view doesn't in some cases.

JQL Query works fine in Jira; Macro results works fine in edit mode  which proves that there are no issues with the query itself

any known issues with  page rendering ?

can you please review and suggest a solution

We are experiencing a similar problem. Did the proposed resolution work for you?

By any chances you are using a proxy in front of confluence/JIRA or using SSL communication?

I had that kind of problem in the past and instead of investigating this in the network level I created a second connector to bypass those just for the application links as described in below guide:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/KB/How+to+bypass+a+reverse+proxy+or+SSL+in+Application+Links

As our network is secure I did not saw any problems in making a "un secure" "proxy less" communication between JIRA and Confluence.

information It worked as a charm btw smile.

If you agree with the above try that and let us know if it will work or not.
