Confluence ondemand custom fields

Hi Atlassian,

I am currently testing Confluence via the free ondemand version and before we will go live there are some things to solve (for a knowledge base):

We need a custom field in a self-created template wich will force the users to enter another user. So that without choosing an user from a list (pulldown menu?) it won't be possible to create the new entry.

The users list must be imported from our ondemand jira.

I believe that there's no validations availble in Confluence pages other than the title validation.
