I am watching several pages. But I get a separate email every time someone makes a change. If one or two people edit something on the page, I might get a dozen emails in one day, each with minor changes.
I still want to watch my pages, but I want one email per day, either (a) for each page I'm watching, or (b) a summary of changes to all watched pages.
I believe this is an expected Behaviour of Confluence Cloud and currently there's no notification layer to set, but you might want to check further the doc below for more info:

Yes, that's the page that failed to provide an answer. Providing no notification granularity seems like a pretty huge oversight for a tool that is supposed to be optimized for managing team communication around documentation and tasks. I wonder what their imagined primary scenario is, that would allow someone to follow lots of pages and tasks without drowning.
