How can I restart Confluence and JIRA from default settings?

I've been testing/playing with Confluence and JIRA and would like to now start for real with a clean install of both. Can I do that? How?

On OnDemand you can't do it your self.

To restart from default settings please raise a support case at support.atlassian.com and we'll take care of it.

note: all data and users will be deleted

Can I know have you created any project or page in Jira/confluence?

I am afraid that there is no easy way for the reset, my best bet will be reinstall confluence and JIRA and reimport/recreate those pages and project.
