How do I become a system adminstratror?

Hey.

I sit as an IT administrator in the IT department and have, among other things. a User Macro I must have made according to the rights set, it requires that I am a system administrator. There is no one else who has rights as a system administrator. When I try and add myself, it says I am missing system administrator privileges to change the privileges.

I'm already a Confluence Administrator, but I still do not have the ability to add User Macros.

My question is: How do I become a System administrator?

Please, check  who is the site-admin, whey can edit group membership as well
