How do I turn email notifications on for when someone mentions my name with '@' in an wiki?

By default, this should be on, and there's no way to turn it off.

First I would check your spam folder, see if they are ending up there.

Second, if you are an admin check the mail queue (if not just ask your admin to do this).  You might need to flush this

Third, check the email log to see if there are any errors.

I wonder if this is happening to just you or other users in your instance?
