Goal: have up-to-date documentation in Confluence
What: As a space admin, I would like to send automatic reminders to the page owners if there is no page update in the last x months.
I already saw these solutions:
- it's possible with Confluence Premium (we don't have)
- It's possible with a third-party app: Better Content Archiving and Analytics for Confluence (I don't have it, not sure if it will be validated by our Legal/IT team).
Do we have an alternative?
@Anne-Laure Meens You can run automation rule with Standard!
But:
My team is working on the Better Content Analytics app you mentioned, and in addition to others, these are critical reasons why larger teams choose our app.
What exactly did you mean by "your Legal/IT team not validating" the app? We should be able to help. (We are helping the largest enterprises to successfully adopt the app all the time.)

Dont waste your time on 3rd party apps, switch to Premium and you will have many cool things such as permission control, automations, page insights and more.
