Hi,

I have around 260 JIRA issues for different tests that are conducted by my team. I am trying to create a repository in Confluence where all current and previous tests are tracked; including their insights documents in each issue.

I have done the below attached image, where I am able to include the issues in terms of several categories. For each issue, there is an insights document (Google Slides) that has results from the test.

How do I add a column to this board preview component that retroactively allows each Issue to show the corresponding link to the insights document uploaded?

Please let me know if there is anything I can clarify further, happy to do so. TIA.

Hello,

You can make these types of reports automatically with RTM (Requirement and test management for Jira). This is tool for organize and track tests in Jira. https://deviniti.com/support/addon/cloud/requirements-test-management/latest/overview/

If you need to make some additional documents for each issue, you may do this with ACI (Advanced Confluence Integration for Jira). It's creates Confluence page autamatically from Jira issue. You can keep there all documentation for issues (e.g. instead keeping it in the Google Slides)

Can I do it without having to use an extra tool? For example, is there a way to share the Google Slides doc linked to a JIRA issue in the confluence table preview?
