Please refer the link Clark has mentioned. Few more questions - are you watching entire space or a single page? Are you facing the similar behavior for other spaces or pages ? Probably a screenshot of your watchers list in your space will help.
Thank you for the screenshot @yojinkim As per your comment to Clark, you mentioned that you have added a group as a watcher. The ability to add an entire group as a watcher of specific content is not available in Confluence at the moment. Please refer alternative solutions on this link.

You may have some issues with watching new pages, I would check this article out as it contains everything and anything about notifications for Confluence, including personal profile (down at the bottom)
Thank you for your link. But I already did as per the way of setting for watching space. But I can not get the e-mail. I give the watching function to user's group including me. Can it be the cause of this situation?
