Hi Ravikiran,

It sounds like there is most likely a group that was added to the Issue created event in the Notification Scheme of that project.

You should head to the Project settings → Notifications and verify what the notification is configured. Check out Configure notification schemes for more details.

Adding to what Belto already said, it can also be:

• jira automation rule that trigger such behaviour (you can verify it in Project Settings -> Automation)
• post function on Create issue transition in workflow associated with that project (check out: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-advanced-issue-workflows/ )
• automation script created using third party solution like Scriptrunner or JMWE
