Is it possible to convert confluence entries to Epics on JIRA

I would like to convert and connect Requirements entries from Confluence Space to Epics on JIRA and would like to know if this is possible .

Thanks for your suggestion but i dont have same view like yours and cant see EPICS On the backlog board .
