Is it possible to copy values from a table in Confluence into custom fields on an issue in Jira?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I'm wondering if it is possible to copy values from a table in a Confluence Cloud page into corresponding custom fields on an issue in Jira Cloud, most preferably triggered by a post function or transition within Jira, but any method where the data from the table can be copied into the custom fields without having to copy and paste the info manually would be great.

I've tried looking for an Add-on that can do this, but haven't found any, so I'm wondering if anyone knows of any or is this is even possible.
