Jira Project in a refresh loop

Hello I have a user who is experiencing a similar issue with 2 different projects.

When they access the project they are just stuck in an endless refresh loop. I logged in as the user through the user admin portal and was able to replicate it. 

My account is able to view the projects with no issues. The user is the project lead and currently the only user/admin in the project. 

I've removed the user from the project and re-added them, I've also removed their Jira license and reinstated it. Unsure what could be causing this.

Figured this one out, it was the permissions scheme set to that specific project that seemed to only impact the admin of that project
