Is there a way to standardize ticket creation in Jira using Confluence? I want teams to be able to leverage a premade jira ticket that includes certain features like a general structure for the description and ticket type, then select the ticket specific attributes such as labels and assignees using a checkbox or something foolproof of that nature.
Essentially, this would streamline the ticket creation process, ensuring every ticket is built in a uniform style and letting teams focus on the important aspects of the ticket without worrying about minor mess-ups like a misspelled label.
Now, labels are essential for our filtering- we can't use components because this is cross project work; however, I know basing queries and filters off labels can be messy, hence the need for a simple checkbox to add specific labels. If you have a recommendation for a better way to tag cross project work your advice there is also welcomed.
Why don't you create a new field with set values for what you use labels for?
