i,
I added custom Field called “Requirement Type” with these options in the second image.
I am using jira jql macro in confluence to collect the tasks in Jira based on custom field filtering :
project = "Requirements for NEST Project" AND RequirementType="Sub-system - Optics"
But none of them work. No tasks will come up in the macro search.
As I donnot think it is wrong command, I donnot understand why it does not work. Any idea?
Hi @fjh
Welcome to Atlassian community!
I see that you are facing issues with uisng JQL in jira macros.
Since you are on a paid plan, I have created this support request here https://getsupport.atlassian.com/browse/JST-1168068 to address this issue further.
Hope this helps!
Best regards,
Vishalakshi Narayanaswamy
Hi @fjh ,
please could you check if that JQL works on JIRA side? Probably you need that new option will be added to index before it is visible on confluence side.
In cloud reindexing can't be forced so probably you need to wait until that operation will be completed.
Hope this helps,
Fabio

Hi Fabio,
How do I add the index as you wrote? I tried again today and it is does not work on Confluence. When you said wait until the operation is completed, meaning do nothing and just wait? I think enough time past to say that reindexing did not happen without me doing anything. Could you elaborate more step by step what to do please?
Regards,
Fatemeh
