Licence for 15 agents in Service Desk but it is counted in confluence.

Hello,
We have a license for 15 Service Desk agents and a license for 10 Confluence agents.
When I add additional agents in addition to the ten existing, the 11th, 12th, ... I put it only in the Jira Service Desk and Jira Core groups but, it is also added in the Confluence agents and the editing in Confluence bloqued because of the 10 agents minimum. However, I do not integrate them at all in the groups linked to Confluences.
Do you know about this licensing issue?
We have just upgraded the Service Desk license from 10 to 15 agents and we wanted to keep the Confluence license to 10 agents!

Hello @World-Connect,

Can you check that your users aren't being automatically assigned to the Confluence users group? It's possible that when you create your users, they're automatically being given a Confluence license.

Otherwise, we'll need to see how your default access is set up. You can provide us screenshots of your current setup of default groups and user access.

You should let us know how user control works.
Are the users created in Jira and transferred to confluence?
Is there possibly another external user administration, such as crowd, AD or LDAP?
