Hi All,
Just to give a little context we currently use Jira Service Desk on the cloud and have Confluence hosted on-prem.
Confluence is used by the whole company consisting of 100 users. Recently we formed a new team and decided that the Jira Service Desk will work great for the type of work the smaller team of 10.
Question time,
1. What will the best approach be to migrate the confluence to the cloud and also linking the the 2 products so that we can easily invite other users of the company to use the service desk when needed.
2. How do the domain names work between confluence and the service desk. We created the service desk with the team name but confluence will need to have the company name rather than our team name.
Hi @Pieter Braak ,
Let me know if this helps,

Hi @Alexis Robert ,
Thank you for the quick response. Seems like the domain name change might be the only challenge for us.
Kind regards

I did the domain name change once, it was very easy : just created a support ticket and asked for the new domain, Support was able to do it in a few days and disruption was minimal.
