Usually when I create pages in Confluence. I use the "insert Jira issue/filter" function to create a new issue in Jira and inserting a link in the Confluence document.
However, for the last few days - I can't. We haven't changed anything in our Jira / Confluence environment but for some reason it says "No matches found" when trying to select what type of issue I want to create. Usually I could see a list of different issue types in this menu.

So far I've tried
Anything else I can try?

Hello I need this resolved quickly. We just completed a story writing session in confluence and now want to move them to jira. Please make this urgent. As of now, is there an estimated time for when a solution will be delivered? Thank you
