Permission issue

Hello,

I am a site administrator in the confluence page, I can see the settings, can enter, however, if I select user management, I receive Request access from administrator  error - but I am the administrator.

Any ideas how this issue could be solved?

Are you part of an organisation? If so user management might be being handled by Atlassian Access and you won't have access to this as a Confluence site-admin. You'll need to be an Organization Admin too.
