Possible to configure IM connectors to Google Chat for OnDemand Account

When I attempted to insert the Presence Macro in a confluence page using a Yahoo ID it worked. When I tried the same for a Google ID the page rendered with the following message:

An administrator must configure your server's Google Talk Service before you can use this macro.

Google Talk is not explicitly excluded from OnDemand:

Are you able to config this service?

Looks like it is a bug in which administrators are unable to access the IM Config page.

We are tracking this bug here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AOD-6149

We suggest you to add yourself as a watcher on it for following further updates.
