Hi there,
In Jira I can see (and configure) an application link to Confluence. In Confluence there is no such link. When I try to add it, I can enter the URL but the Continue button never gets enabled. In the end, I cannot establish a link between Jira and Confluence.
About my setup:
I installed Jira and Confluence several days ago. Confluences installation tool imported the users from Jira which worked fine.
Today I installed Crowd and added it to both Jira and Confluence. This works.
Furthermore, I added an AJP connector to each of them. My apache server is the https proxy so I have nice URLs.
Maybe this is related: in Confluence I always get the message that the Plugin Exchange URL is not reachable (which works in Jira).
Thanks, Daniel
Hi Daniel,
Most probably the cause is Confluence is unable to reach JIRA. Please bypass the proxy, and use IP address and port whether it works. Please drop the current Application link and configure a new one. Check whether there are two ways link, instead of question mark during the setup. By right it should be working okay, if the packet is not dropped halfway.
Hope it helps. Cheers.
