Hi,
I have the following situation :
- Have documentation inside Confluence Cloud to be open to public and other parts visible only for internal users - this part is solved
Client wants the following :
- Is there a way to setup a URL / LOGIN where ( external users ) would need to get a login or this secure URL so thy can access Confluence ( just viewing ?
I have read :
https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/specify-how-users-get-site-access-744721636.html
https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/site-access-settings-improvements-979412810.html
But all these solutions count towards your Confluence licences, which is not acceptable for the client.
To summerize, is there a way to set up Confluence to have users with only viewing permissions but don't count towards the total users license(spaces must not be public ).
If you have any follow up questions, please let me know.
Thanks in advance.
Mario
Thanks Sven, did look into it but it did not meet our needs :)
Cheers,
Mario
