Confluence JIRA integration - custom field have same type but not showing while others can

I have confluence jira integration via "Insert Jira Issue/Filter" macro to pull data from JIRA,

But one field not showing values while the others can, both are custom fields and multiple line text, both were enabled in the project, both fields are unique in JIRA instance.

What could be the reason

could you please share a screenshot of the Confluence page where it's missing as well as an the issue view of an issue that should be displayed on the page and has both values present?

Hi Philipp, thanks for getting back to us, I have attached the snapshots which you can see "test page 2" is my tested confluence page and the field "Impact Analysis_3" don't have any values in it's column but the "Mitigation" column has value,

Both fields have same field type and permission, both fields have value in it's ticket, 

For example CTSITP-81 you can see the values in the ticket.

Hi Jidoka,

that might sound weird, but would you be able to test, whether it still doesn't work, when you remove the "_" from the name of the customfield?
The first thing I do in such cases is to make sure to eliminate any special characters to make sure it's not an encoding or special character thing.

after clean up the plugin cache, the issue seems solved
