We are a cloud users and after we have migrated to the new UI, we are not receiving any notifications for Questions Page/Space, which is located at <base-url>/wiki/plugins/servlet/ac/com.atlassian.confluence.plugins.confluence-questions/globalQuestionsViewer, even though we are watching the space. Not sure, if this is the problem only for us or is it across all the confluence users on cloud. Please take up this issue at high priority as there is no response for my feedback which I gave multiple times on this issue. Let us know if you need any more details to look into this. Thanks in advance.
Hi RK - I am curious what channel you used to provide the feedback you did not get a response on (https://jira.atlassian.com or on this forum, etc?). I was not able to find any support requests from you on this topic, searching on the email address you used for Community.
I am not seeing an influx of tickets in Cloud for lack of notifications for Questions, so I recommend you open a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/contact. I would have happily opened it on your behalf, but I did not find a Cloud instance associated with your account and there were more than one instance licensed to people with the same email domain as you.
When you find out what the issue is, it would be great if you could update this thread to let us know.
