Create Sprint Retrospective on secondary confluence server

We have a JIRA Software Server instance that is linked to two different Confluence instances.  Some of our users want to create the retrospective reports and link to pages on the Confluence instance which is not marked as the Primary in application links.

All options seem to be forcing links towards the Primary instance.

Does anyone know of a way to choose which linked instance of Confluence the sprint reports get linked to?

We just had a user ask this same question today.  I don't know of a way to do it; I think the Primary link determines it.  Anyone else know?

We have same issue, folks create a retro from Jira but cannot choose which confluence instance to use to create Retrospective.
