Customizing updates for select users

Hello,

As an admin I want to have two user groups

1. Approvers who can make changes

2. People to be informed after changes are made.

A user can comment on a page for any suggestion. Approvers may or may not make the change.

second group should receive updates in their feed only after changes have been made on the page not when a user comments on the page.

Can we have this functionality in Confluence such that second group does not receive notification when a comment is made on the page but receives update when content on the page is edited?

@Prateek Mangal  You could save the page without notifying watchers.  And, then share the page with the Group you want to be aware of the changes.
