In confluence there is macro name "Bamboo Plan Status" which used to get the status of Bamboo plans available in Bamboo server. When i try to edit the same and change the details of the plan, the option doesn't seems to be visible for me. We just updated our Confluence to Version 6.11.2. It was working in the Earlier version of Confluence but not now. Please help on same.

Bhakkti,
Thank you for reaching out to us! Happy to help you.
The Bamboo Plan Status is an external gadget you need to register in Confluence.
Could you confirm that your Bamboo instance is linked in Application links still, and that you have your Bamboo URL as an external gadget URL?
The instructions are listed there for linking the application and making sure it's set up in External gadgets. If you could run through those again, it could help. There's always potential for things to get disconnected after an upgrade.
If they are, please let us know your Bamboo version as well and if you see any error messages from the Application links page.
Take care,
Shannon
Hello Shannon,
Thanks for replying back. Application links are working perfectly fine. My current version of Bamboo is 6.5.1 and for confluence it is 6.11.2. Can you provide me the gadget Url for Bamboo so that i can register the same in confluence for above mentioned Bamboo Version.

Bhakti,
Thank you for your reply!
I had linked the article above, Registering External Gadgets, but it mentions that you just have to add the base URL.
However, it looks like the macro is working but it just isn't showing the information.
Are you running your Confluence or Bamboo instance under SSL? I would recommend at least having a look at this article for steps on how to troubleshoot. There's a setting you can disable in your browser to test:
Please also have a look at your Confluence server logs when attempting to insert that macro and let me know what error messages you see there.

Shannon

Bhakti,
You'll just need to check the logs themselves, which I have linked instructions on how to find them. Any messages that start with ERROR is what you'll be looking for once you trigger the error.
You didn't say, but can you confirm if you are or are not running Bamboo with an SSL? Are both Bamboo and Confluence on the same server and baseURL or different?

Shannon

Hello Shannon,
Sorry my bad. Both Bamboo and Confluence are running on SSL but different servers. Thing is its not like every Bamboo gadget is not working. Out of three bamboo gadgets, one is working fine but other two are not. I will try to get the logs from the confluence.
Thanks & Regards

Bhakti,
Thank you for confirming that! As soon as you get the logs from Confluence we can proceed. It will be able to tell us why it's not able to connect to Bamboo.
Failing that, we can raise a support ticket, but we will still need to be able to review the logs for that.
I will await your reply!

Shannon

Bhakti,
Before I start working on any questions here on Community, I make sure there isn't already a support ticket to avoid wasting any time asking for details that have already been asked. I'd prefer not to have a case here and there, in order to save time.
I've tried to find your support ticket under this email address, but I suspect you might have used another email address.
Could you please comment on your support case with a link to this Community post? That way the engineer can see what we've already done so far. This will help to resolve the issue faster.
Thank you for your help!

Bhakti,
It's no problem at all! I just didn't want to waste your time if we were both asking you to do the same things to test. :)
Thank you so much for providing that ticket number, I'll include my details there as well! Hope we can see it resolved soon now.
Take care,
Shannon
