Encoding issue on Confluence KB viewed through JIRA ServiceDesk

A JIRA Service Desk project is linked to a Confluence KB.

When we start typing a search in the "main help center", JSD shows a KB suggestion, which displays correctly

When we start typing inside a form, JSD shows a KB suggestion with encoding errors :

Is this the well known Java bug with the single quote character... ?

In this result, it looks that only the single quote is a problem. Other special (french) character are OK.

I do not find any information about this, somebody else have this issue ?

Hello @Serge Masson,

There is indeed a known bug: Apostrophe sign ( ' ) not encoded properly for suggested knowledge base articles on create form. I'd suggest you to watch it to be updated and to up-vote/comment it to show you're impacted.
