I am trying to get the time stamp of issue "Created" field. In JIRA i can see the field "Created" as "01/Jan/2022" and when i hover over the field i can see "01/Jan/2022 10:05 PM"
I would like to get the time stamp "01/01/2022 10:05 PM" in my table transformer so that i can calculate the difference between two timestamps.
Kindly help me how i can get the time stamp,
What i tried is, in table transformer - i set the date format as dd/M/y HH:mm , but in the table transformer view i can see the value as Jan 11,2023. I did anyway try getting the time difference using DateDiff , and i get 0, basically zero days. But i would need the time differnce.
Hi @Asjadazeez,
The Table Transformer macro works with the data coming from the Jira Issues macro.
So, unwrap your Jira Issues macro, publish the page and check the date format that was pulled from Jira.
For me it's, for example, Jan 09, 2023 (depends on your instance settings, language, etc.) without any hours and minutes. There are no any hints while hovering my mouse as well.
And in Jira itself I indeed see the full date format with a time stamp.
@Katerina Rudkovskaya _Stiltsoft_ could you please let me know what "Unwrap your jira issues macro" means ?
PS: sorry for the late respose as i was on some priorities.

Hi @Asjadazeez ,
Just delete our Table Transformer macro from the page, leave only the Jira Issues macro, publish the page and check what date format is pulled to Confluence from Jira.

Date format pulled is M DD,YYYY (Jan 09, 2023), but in the Jira i can see in format MM:DD:YYYY HH:mm

So, as you can see, the Table Transformer macro has nothing to do with the issue: it works with the data coming from the Jira Issues macro. And the Jira Issues macro modifies the original date format by default.
Unfortunately, nothing can be done from our side here.
