I would like to receive a notification when a page is deleted/moved in one of the spaces where I have rights to.
For some reason this does not work.
The things I've checked:
- All modules in the Confluence Content Notifications Plugin are enabled. This means that de module page-trashed-notification and page-moved-notification is also enabled
- mail server has been configured(other notifications are working)
- in My Profile > Settings > Email, I've checked Subscribe to daily updates and Notify on my actions(I also want a notification when I delete/move a page).
I don't get a specifik mail about the page deletion or that a page has moved.
I also don't see it in my daily overview mail.
Does anybody know how this can be enabled(if possible)?
Thanks!

Hi Bhushan,
The link you provided shows how to disable it.
I want to enable it. As mentioned, all the modules are enabled in my case. Even so, I don't get a notification when a page is deleted/moved.

Ah sorry. Misunderstood your question :)
Have we ruled out the possibility of any email filters that might have been applied in the past?
Here is a doc with more troubleshooting guidance that you might find helpful.

The only topic that I could rely on is the one from the Core Listeners.
I've checked that and all modules are enabled.
Which email filters are there or where can I find them?

Richard

Hi Richard,
I was referring to rules set to filter your emails. For example, https://support.google.com/mail/answer/6579?hl=en

Hi Bhushan,
We have an exchange server with no mail filters.
We get everything except the notifications about deleted and moved pages.
Kind Regards,
Michael

Hi Richard,
Did you ever receive an answer to this issue? I am looking to receive notification when a page has been deleted as well, and have been unsuccessful in my search for a solution.
Thank you,
Rachael

Hi @IT Service Desk and @Bhushan Nagaraj,
do you have an update on this issue?
I am in the same situation as Richard. Confluence Content Notification are enabled but our users do not get an update if content is moved.
Thanks!
Best,
Hogir

Hi Richard,
Please refer to the documentation at https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-globally-disable-e-mail-notifications-with-page-content-718670714.html
You will need to be a system administrator to perform these changes.
Thank you
Bhushan
