Hi! Our company recently changed its name; however, our Confluence and our Jira still have the URL of our old company name. I was wondering if anyone knows a way to change the URL without losing any of the information.
Thanks!
Do you have any documentation on the process of exporting materials from your old Jira/Confluence/Atlassian account into your new one?

For Server, change your network so that people landing on the new URL are taken to your Jira/Confluence, then edit the base urls for both systems to reflect the new landing place.
For Cloud, you will need to buy a new Cloud system <your new company name>.atlassian.net, export the old system to a backup, and import that on the new url.
In both cases, you may want to check for hard links - where people have used http://yourjira/browse/abc-123 instead of the application links like [jira:abc-123]

On top of Nic feedback, allow me to add to the discussion.
For Confluence, changing the base-url is currently bugged for example
We would suggest you do a bit of testing on a test instance before proceeding it to production.
