Hi,
We had our confluence space 10.5 setup by an outsider. It is a server version.
When we add new users to our Space, we are using the "Add Users" option, which sends an email notification to the new user. We wish to change the email content that currently exists but there is no way I can find where I can do this. We only can do this if we choose the "Invite Users" option, which we don't want to use. As we would like to control the username aspect for external users for legal reasons.
How can we change the body of the content in the Email Notification?
You can change Email Templates only in Confluence on-premise.
