How can I set the default app to load as front page after login?

My company has subscribed both confluence and jira service desk (just newly subscribed). 

Before we made the subscription on jira service desk, the front page after login xxxxxx.atlassian.net is confluence app. 

However, after subscribing jira service desk, the front page after login xxxxxx.atlassian.net become the jira service desk app. 

We hope to keep the original behavior to use confluence as default app for all users. 

I searched through the web, and it seems the following describe how to do:

Unfortunately, I cannot find the configuration "Site homepage: Choose which product your users land on when they log in." as described in the page.

Hi,

I have encountered same problem but after some investigation located that there is undergoing problems and  issue located, which is being fix by Atlassian team.  https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/set-your-site-s-landing-product-873871363.html 

Hope this helps and we need to keep an eye for updates then issue going to be resolved.
