How can i transfer my org admin rights to a different user in our system?

The first user in our system  has org admin rights. But he is not the user who will be admin in future. We try to transfer his org and site admin rights to a different user who will be main admin in future but are not succeeding.

How can we do this?

Is it possible at all to transfer the rights of this first basis user  or do we have to give additional org rights to our future admin and erase this first account?

Are there any special rights to this first account that will be permanently lost when we erase it?

We tried to change the email of the org admin to that of the future admin and planned on changing the name afterwards but email-changing did not work.

Please help.

Hi @Anja Cäsar , 

Org admins can be added/removed in the Settings menu on admin.atlassian.com :

You must be an admin yourself to access this menu, so the first step would be to ask the current admin to grant you this. You can then manage it yourself.
