How to add organzations to a screen

Hello,

 

I would like to add the field "Organizations" to my screen, so I have it in my request type field.

 

Is there any way? I found the screen scheme and organizations is even added to the list, but it is not visable when editing the request type fields.

Organization field is added by "jira service Desk" it's a system field containing the customer organization.

thanks for the link.

I want Jira to automatically set the organization when a new issue is created. At the moment it is done manually.

Organization is taken by the user. Add the organization (from project configuration - customers ) and then associate the user to that one

An organization already exists. But we have to accociate it with every issue manually, every time an issue is created.

 

Is there no way to automate this?

if a reporter is associated to an organization, it should be assigned automatically

Hmm this does not work for me. I have 5 people in an organization but still it does not work when either of them is a reporter.
