Hi Confluence community,
how can I do user management in the Confluence cloud version? All apps I have seen are for Server or DataCenter version.
I would like to know, which users did not login in Confluence for XX days.
Or: Send all users an email, prompting for response - if no response is received within XX day, the user shall get deactivided.
Thank you for your support
Peter
Hi @Peter A. Menzel TSA TSAE ,
welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Unfortunately I don't think it is possible right now. I found this older thread about the same topic (focused on Jira, but the user management is common for both systems) and I think the situation is still the same.
Yeah, I have just voted for the suggestion mentioned in the article and started watching it, as it's very handy feature to have.

Hi @Peter A. Menzel TSA TSAE , welcome to the community!
Upon your question here in community we extended our Jira app to support Confluence as well. You can try Manage Users for Jira Cloud developed by our team. It lists all users then you can search and sort them by name, last activity date. You can activate/deactivate users individually or in bulk. Hope it helps.

thank you for the hint - I now tested your app for weeks and it helps a little on our needs.
Now, when I click on a/any person, I get this error:
How can I fix this?
Thank you in advance!
