I'm investigating how my support team can leverage the Jira/Confluence integration to implement a system similar to KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service).
One of the principles of that system in analyzing which knowledge base articles are linked to most often from support tickets, but I'm having difficulties with this.
I know I can see how many Jira work items are linked to an individual Confluence page by looking at its details, but I don't see how I can generate a report listing the pages with the most links, either in the website or via the API.
Is this possible, and if so how?
@Jacquie Hiebert welcome to the Atlassian community
In the delivered Confluence product there is not a report that shows how many Jira issues are linked to each Confluence page. In Jira if you have scriptrunner you can find jira issues that have linked conflunce pages but no count.
Unfortunate. Thanks for letting me know.
