I don't get email notifications when someone shares a page

I used to get email notifications when someone would share a page with me, but now it only appears in my Workbox. I can't figure out how to turn on notifications for this. Does anyone know? I've looked through my Settings but nothing.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I've tested it on a few users and they were experiencing the same thing. It's my understanding that the default is that email notifications are turned on, but I havent found a way to even toggle it on/off.

There could be an issue with your outgoing mail server. If your an admin check the mail queue and see if there are any emails in the error queue. You can find that in the mail queue section of Confluence administration. 

A newly installed add-on might have caused an issue with your outgoing email and you'll need to flush it.
