I have a problem to get Jira board in Atlassian Wiki

I get a problem for some users from the company to get Jira board and get a message "Page cannot be found or you do not have permissions to see it "

This user actually an admin of Jira and Wiki as well 

Please help

That suggests that while the user is logged into Confluence, they are not logged into Jira.

It is problem with specific user
