It might be good if linking a confluence page to a ticket type was possible. This would mean that when creating a ticket with a predefined ticket type, a confluence page would automatically link to this ticket.
For example : "Create user". The process in your kb should be automatically bind to the new ticket.

Hi @Admin-si
You can use a Jira Issues macro in your Confluence page and fetch the required task. Add filters by ticket type into your macro filters for your page to fetch latest tickets and list them in your page.
Hope this helps!
Thanks

Yes, it is automatic! As I mentioned, you should set your macro filters accordingly. These filters work the same as Jira search queries for issues.
In the Confluence page, you can also set the Jira ticket details you want to display on the page, like ticket number, issue type, description, etc..
