JIRA Macro

We have users with Confluence access but not JIRA.  Through an issue collector they can request work to be done - I wanted to present the issues they raised on Confluence - using the JRIA macro with a filter - I have set the filter view access to anyone.

It looks like they cant view the rows?  They don't present.  I was hoping they would present but not allow them to utilize the hyperlink into the issue itself.

They are viewable by those with JIRA access.  Is there anyway to present this sort of JIRA summary to non JIRA users?

@Dave Symonds
This App Jira Snapshots - Time Stamped Exports Into Confluence resolves the issue. Jira data is retrieved using a designated user (configured by admin) and copied into Confluence. Any Confluence users with VIEW access the page see precisely the same data.

Full disclosure: I am the CO of RadBee, the vendor behind this App.

I hope this helps,

Rina

Cheers - it would be cheaper to just give them licences.  If I wanted to buy something of market place I would have

Hi @Dave Symonds

If they need to see the issues, they should have access to Jira which consumes license

Thanks,

Ok - I am going to use a share to google sheets using the filter and then use JIRA Cloud for Google sheets to try and get around that.  I dont want to be paying a license fee for someone who may or may not even look the the data.  Already paying too much for a crap product

Thanks
