Jira issue macro doesnt work

Hi,

i have serverall issues with the jira macro in confluence:

1. it keeps loading forever.
   
2. it doesnt work at all
   
3. it doesnt find the issue if the page was created with GAIA.
   If i press enter the issue is found.
4. Also  should´nt autocomplete work in the searchbox?

I can access all issues over "show in jira" in the edit view.

Collaborative editing is also disabled.

Hi, Ferdinand.

We would like first to test if the application link is working as expected, can you give us feedback on bottom points:
- Can you let us know, are you able to create a new page with Jira issue macro, and is the link visible in Jira issue in this case?
- Have you tried recreating application link in this case, and after you do it, are you seeing "connected" on Confluence and Jira side?

At this point, I am suspecting that Application link is not working correctly, but we will know more when you recreate it.

Hi Suren,

i had  two application links  to confluence in jira but one to jira in confluence.

I deleted the links and created the link between jira and confluence new.

I can create issues with the macro and click on the link to get to them, but i still get an indefinitely loading icon

which the results in following error
