Link to Jira issue missing when creating an issue from Scaffolding Text data

I have created a form using Scaffolding. When I try to create a Jira Issue from one of the text fields of the form, I get warning message that Jira issue was created but there is a problem adding it to the page. The link to Confluence page is not visible from Jira issue either.

If a field is not part of Scaffolding form, everything works fine, but then this field has to be edited separately which is really annoying.

Is there a way to solve it?
