Hi @Mario Tobar ,
I've just cleared out the addresses from your domain from our mail service's suppression list. 5 accounts had this error:
550: 550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try 550-5.1.1 double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or 550-5.1.1 unnecessary spaces. Learn more at 550 5.1.1 https://support.google.com/mail/?p=NoSuch... - gsmtp
This generally occurs with new hires as you've mentioned. Google in particular seems to take a bit for mailbox setup to complete. My suggestion for your organization would be to not only ensure that the Atlassian account setup happens after the email addresses are created in G Suite, but to ensure there is sufficient time between the mailbox setup and the Atlassian account setup. For example, if the new hires start on Monday, then create their mailboxes on Sunday night or even Friday afternoon.
Cheers,
Daniel | Atlassian Support

Hi @Mario Tobar
Can you be a bit more specific? You invite a new user to confluence, and that user doesn't receive his invitation?

Hi @Alex Koxaras _Relational_ yes, we ask new hires to create their profile in atlassian, but the confirmation email won't arrive.
