We have continued a ticket since we encountered an issue with SSO configuration after following the guides provided by support. As this is urgent, which I clearly marked in the ticket, we would like to get into contact proactively as well since we need to resolve the issue today. I read that there is a support phone number if you have a premium subscription. Where would I be able to find this phone number? Does anyone know anything about this?
Based on your requirements, you may consider the Premium support offering to be eligible for phone call support. Once you have signed up for the service, you should receive the direct phone number from your Account Manager.

Thanks. We already opened a ticket. We were quite happy to receive a reply fairly quickly to help solve the issue. But in the future if we encounter issues in the middle of setting up an important configuration, a ticket is not helpful as we would need immediate support.
